Operational Risk Skills Development Center

Welcome to the Skills Development Centre, a co-developed initiative by KPMG and Microsoft Canada.

The Centre offers free hands-on training to help businesses and employees at all levels enhance cybersecurity protection, navigate the opportunities and challenges of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), and increase efficiency using innovative tools like Copilot, an AI assistant.

We offer three types of trainings:

Cybersecurity
Generative AI
Microsoft 365 Copilot

Training is delivered via self-paced video modules designed by KPMG, supplemented with learning resources from Microsoft. Each learning profile culminates in a live workshop led by a KPMG Subject Matter Expert providing learners the opportunity to ask questions and validate their knowledge.

All content was created in collaboration between KPMG Canada and Microsoft.
